Training is distributed between the Group, its business divisions and the brands themselves, always focused on enriching the skillsets of employees and sharpening their performance to help them flourish in the LVMH ecosystem.
Training programs address needs that have been identified and discussed during annual performance appraisal interviews. Technical skills are the responsibility of brands, which sometimes pool training across business groups.
At the global level, the Group proposes a broad array of training in management, sales techniques, marketing, project management, languages and cultural awareness, centered on the distinctive LVMH ecosystem and its experience in luxury and serving specific clientele segments.
Training is organized at the regional level—Asia, Japan, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Spain and Italy—as well as by the brands.
