FuturA: experienced high potentials

FuturA is an international program for recruitment and development of experienced high potential executives, enabling LVMH to deepen its talent pool.

This program aims to recruit and develop people who have already demonstrated their performance and have the potential to become one of LVMH's future leaders or company presidents in a five-year horizon.

A highly demanding selection process identifies people with five to ten years of professional experience and a proven ability to learn and adapt in increasingly complex environments.

As future leaders within the LVMH group, High Potentials are supported by special initiatives to spur their development and enable them to rapidly demonstrate their full potential.

The Group seeks High Potentials with distinctive profiles:
- 5 to 10 years of successful professional experience
- Graduates of a top MBA program or equivalent experience
- Exposure to multicultural environments
- Fluency in English and at least one other language
- A strong affinity with luxury products and services
